Bulk wine Cabernet SauvignonAs the name suggests, Cabernet-Sauvignon is the result of a spontaneous cross between the Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, both of French origin. This union has produced an extraordinary grape variety that offers the best qualities and characteristics of both grapes, which is why its spread has easily expanded worldwide.
Today this excellent grape variety is present in every producing country; in Italy it can be found in all regions but the bulk Cabernet Sauvignon grows and is produced in Friuli.
Cabernet Sauvignon has always fascinated for its ability to create full-bodied and elegant reds, intense in color and rich in aroma and palate. The color is a dark purple with intense violet reflections, also easily recognizable on the nose for its lively and complex herbaceous-fruity aroma inherited from the two crossed grape varieties.
The typical woodland aromas of Cabernet Franc, such as blueberries, blackcurrants, and blackberries, blend with the herbaceous notes of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the result is unique. Cabernet Sauvignon is warm, full, and enveloping, with remarkable structure set in an excellent balance between freshness, tannins, and great smoothness.
